Pitney Meadows Community Farm

223 West Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Tickets available here!

Pitney Meadows Community Farm’s signature farm-to-table event, Fire Feast, returns for Summer 2024! Saratoga’s most unique summer event features local chefs cooking over six open-fire pits. The chefs will source meat, fish, cheese, wine, beer, and produce from local producers and Pitney Meadows’ farm fields.

Founded in 2016, Pitney Meadows Community Farm’s mission is to celebrate and explore agricultural education, healthy food production, and recreation. Located on 166 acres in the heart of the City of Saratoga Springs and preserved in perpetuity as a working farm, Pitney Meadows is a unique resource.

Now in its fifth year, Fire Feast has become a regional favorite farm-to-table experience for food and wine enthusiasts. This year’s event promises to be the best yet. Guests will savor a variety of seasonally inspired, locally sourced, and meticulously crafted hors d’oeuvres, main dishes, and desserts.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by Bars without Boundaries. Guests can also enjoy drinks from select local breweries, distilleries, and wineries. Seasonal cocktails and mocktails will be available as well.

The Farm is keeping the musical talent under wraps this year, but we can promise guests an exciting regional surprise that will keep them dancing into the night.

A team of regional farm-to-table Chefs has been curated by Kim Klopstock of Lily & the Rose who is organizing the event along with local curator Ardie Russell of Studio518. This years’ chefs include AJ Richards from [farmacy] restobar, Alex Lempka from Hamlet & Ghost, Brandon Schatko, a.k.a Chef Humble, Eric Hudson from Hudson's Private Chef Services, Leigh Rathner and Cindy Rosenberg from NightWork Bread Co., Michael Blake from MB Culinary Concepts, and Chef Michele Hunter from Unified Beerworks.

Event details and ticket information can be found on the Pitney Meadows’ website: https://www.pitneymeadowscommunityfarm.org/fire-feast
