Chef Michele Hunter

As Executive Chef, Michele Hunter brings a wealth of experience from some of the region’s top establishments, including Hamlet & Ghost, The Adelphi Hotel (Salt & Char, The Blue Hen, Morrissey's), Chez Nous Bistro, and Yono’s & DP Brasserie. An accomplished pastry chef, Michele founded Sifted Bakeshop, serving as a wholesale supplier to local coffee shops. Later, she played a key role in the opening of Unified Beerworks in Malta, where she assisted with kitchen design, staffing, and menu development. In 2020, Michele won the Food Network's "Chopped." After spending time in the Hudson Valley, Michele has relocated to Saratoga, where she will take on a new Executive Chef position at Familiar Creatures this fall. She is thrilled to participate in Fire Feast, marking her return to the area.
