Chef Mark Delos is the Managing Partner and Director of Culinary at Franklin Square Market and The Market Restaurant & Bar. He studied at The Culinary Institute of America and graduated from Schenectady County Community College. For the past 30 years, Mark has designed menus and led teams with a focus on respect. “I am always aiming to make the customer experience exceptional," he says. “Participating in Fire Feast is an honor.”
