Chef Eric Hudson

Eric Hudson attended culinary school at Schenectady Community College and spent the next 20 years climbing the kitchen ladder at various local restaurants. Today, Eric is a private chef and the owner of Hudson's Private Chef Services LLC. “The different variations of flavor you can get from cooking over a fire make it a true art form,” he says. “The dish for Fire Feast is sweet, salty, smoky, and delicious.”
