Chef Brandon Schatko is a private chef, a.k.a "Chef Humble" serving the Adirondack and Capital regions. Originally from Detroit, he was named Best Chef of Detroit in 2016. Since relocating to the Northeast, Brandon has worked at acclaimed establishments such as Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid and Plum Oyster Bar in Troy. In 2020, he launched his own catering business, drawing inspiration from his roots. He embraces a farm-to-table ethos and prioritizes organic ingredients whenever possible. Brandon loves cooking meat in various styles and is a fan of Detroit-style pizza.
