February Summit on a Fair Food System

On February 24 and 25, Pitney Meadows is sponsoring and participating in the food summit Feed Back, Move Forward: Responding to 2020, being held virtually. The summit, sponsored by the nonprofit educational organization Craigardan, will bring together community leaders, business owners, farmers, consumers, healthcare professionals, educators, students, and more to discuss the means to creating a more fair food system in our region (including the Adirondacks and North Country). Through sharing ideas and initiatives concerning  food justice, racial equity, healthcare, and education, we will strengthen our collaborations.
